Zurich has Something for Everyone |

The name Zurich conjures up a strange combination of images for most people. On one hand it brings to mind a picture of neat, faceless men in conservative three-piece suits. They are portrayed by fiction-writers as anonymous 'minders' for the fortunes of the rich and powerful, from Asian power brokers to European aristocracy, central-American drug cartels and the emergent Russian Mafia.
A contrasting vision of Zurich is of chocolate-box scenery, a city surrounded by green valleys and snow-capped alps, white Edelweiss, blue gentian and the distant clanging of cowbells, whose contented grass-munching bearers give their all for the famous names of Sprungli, Nestle, Suchard and Toblerone. |
