Tibetan Medicine Travels West
Alternative medicine has developed a huge following over the last decade or so, and Western medicine is starting to find a surprising amount of effective treaments in traditional regional medical treatments that they would have scoffed at years ago.

The concept of Tibetan medicine is starting to be taken seriously in the West, and the article opens with an interview with Dr. Tse Wang Tan Pa in Lhasa. It explains the concept and history of Tibetan medicine, and goes on to describe some of the research on Tibetan medicine and methodology that is now being practiced in America.
