The Reed Dwellers of Lake Titicaca


While visiting Lake Titicaca, high in the Andes, we went out to the famous floating reed islands. Here our guide was a Peruvian medical student who showed us how the reed dwelling Indians are dying out due to pollution, disease and poisoning. Excellent transparencies come with the story.
