Cherie Glaser is a well established travel and food photographer and has a photo library of well over 500,000 images. Her other great pastime is ikebana (Japanese flower arrangement), and it is through this that she has developed a very keen eye for colour and composition.

Taking some 2,000-3,000 pictures on every overseas assignment -- often as many as six a year with some covering several countries, Cherie sells pictures separately where these are requested. She usually travels with Walter but also takes some separate trips and photographs the necessary material for her own articles.

She has sold images to guide books, publishers like Random House, the Museum of Natural History USA, Japanese multinationals, and would be very pleased to have the opportunity of submitting images for which you have requirements.

You will always get excellent photography to go with all our article submissions but there may be times when you need photography for an article written by other writers. Our photo library is always available to you for this purpose. Before you go to an expensive photo library, it may be worth your while to check out whether we have affordable images that will cover your requirements. Again, our rates are whatever you normally pay your contributors, rather than the very high photo-library prices.
